Ideal Weight Tables
(Women & Men)



These "ideal weight" tables were developed by Met Life based on lowest mortality rates of those between the ages of 25-59. This is by no means an exact science, but it's a good place to start if you're trying to pick a healthy weight goal.

Please don't stress yourself out over the tables below. This is just provided as one of many tools to help you refine your fitness plan goal. Use these ideal weight tables as a guide to help build your fitness plan goal.
