Ideal Weight Tables (Women & Men)
These "ideal weight" tables were developed by Met Life based on lowest mortality rates of those between the ages of 25-59. This is by no means an exact science, but it's a good place to start if you're trying to pick a healthy weight goal.
Please don't stress yourself out over the tables below. This is just provided as one of many tools to help you refine
